Written Contract
A Written contract for services to be rendered detailing our scope of work, including inclusions, exclusions, & customer requirements. Contract and regulation requirements shall be fulfilled in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. All necessary equipment shall be within regulations, license requirements, and safety of the industry.
Payment
Mobilization payments from the customer depending upon the size, type and customer requirements. Prepayment of the insurance and bonding requirements if contracted. Detailed schedule of terms of payment. A schedule of cost, either time & material rates or unit prices. All additional work will be approved and signed by the customer prior to commencement of work.
Personnel
A&V Contractors only employees experienced, trained, certified individuals to perform the services of the company. A field superintendent shall be on site to ensure all work is performed according to policies, procedures, practices and the goals of the company.
